Hi, I’m Anna – the owner of On Your Way RV Rentals. After years of hauling our family’s 5th wheel trailer from Orange County to the Colorado River during the river season and to the Glamis Sand Dunes during dune season, I often wished someone would “just have it all set up when I get there!”. Late-night setups, cranky kids, pets needing attention, or unforeseen breakdowns upon arrival, nearly made me hate camping and not wanting to go.
I realized I wasn’t alone – many people store their RVs locally in the tri state area or Glamis, but live out of state(snowbirds). After work, traffic, or a long drive, the last thing you want to do is pull your RV or Trailer from storage and set up camp in the heat, cold or dark.
My husband and I started to set up our friends’ trailers before their arrival and we saw value in the time and stress savings. That is why we started this business – to give you more time for those great memories, less stress and enjoy yourselves the moment you arrive.; sunsets, off-roading, campfires, cocktails, boating, laughter, and zero time worrying about the RV.

Live out of town but store your RV where you play? Perfect for out-of town owners! We’re your local hands! We’ll pick up your RV from storage, set up camp, and return it when you’re done. No more late-night setups after long drives! This exceptional concierge service allows you to have the comforts of your own RV and not have to rent one. Let us be your personal valet, you are worth the service!
Features:
- Upon arrival where your RV/Trailer is stored- We can use a key lock box to store and access the key for entry and trailer hitch lock keys
- Key point inspection upon arrival to make sure in working order, depending on services selected (batteries, tires, generator oil, generator fuel, propane, sewer hose, water hose, etc)
- Storage to Campsite – We’ll take your RV from storage to campsite
- At Campsite-Setup – leveled, slides out, hookups connected (were available)
- Prep for Your Arrival – AC running, fridge turn on- nice and cold (if requested in our package plans)
- ● Weekend’s Over? We’ll video and inspect upon arrival, break down camp, clean, and return to storage (video for final drop off)
- A La Carte Extras – grocery shopping, firewood, decorations (birthdays, anniversaries, etc)
- Emergency Service – Even if we didn’t set up, we’ll clean up! If you need to leave, we understand the stress of unforeseen events

What areas do you serve?
We’re based in Mohave Valley, AZ, and regularly deliver, set up, and repair RVs throughout the Tri‑State region—CA, NV, AZ- Needles, CA, Lake Havasu City AZ, Bullhead AZ, Laughlin, NV—and by arrangement in Parker, AZ or Las Vegas, NV. We also serve Glamis – Imperial Sand Dunes. We rent for Coachella, EDC, Formula 1, Burning Man, Sporting events, etc
How do I book a service?
Just use the “Get a Quote” or “Book Now” button up top, select your desired service from the dropdown, and fill out the quick form. If you want to call or text, feel free and we can return your call. We’ll follow up to confirm details and finalize your reservation, discuss details and price. If you don’t see it on our list of services, ask us.
Do you deliver and set up my own RV?
Absolutely. Our Concierge & Valet service picks up your personal RV or trailer from storage or home, tows it to your campsite, levels it, hooks up utilities, turns on the A/C and fridge, and even lays out outdoor gear—then returns and cleans it when you’re done. This will depend on your requested services.
What if something breaks during my trip?
No worries—our certified RV technicians are on call 24/7 for on‑site mobile repairs. Whether it’s a stalled slide‑out, plumbing leak, or electrical fault, we’ll get you back up and running fast.
Can I rent from you and tow the trailer myself?
Our rentals come delivered and set up by our team to ensure safety and convenience. You simply show up at the campsite—no towing required.
What are your rates and payment terms?
- RV Rentals: Please call for current rates (includes delivery, setup, cleaning, etc). $350 deposit to be returned if no damages or no missing equipment
- RV Delivery Service Only: Call for price each way for transport/setup within 40-mile radius of storage; electric connect, sewer, water hook up. More add‑ons priced a la carte. Additional charge for extra distance.
- Mobile Repair: Competitive hourly rate + parts. We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash, Debit and Credit Cards (4% fee applied). A refundable security deposit applies to all rentals if no damages and all equipment and supplies are returned. Valid ID and proof of insurance from RV/Tailer owner or if renting our trailers or mobile RV repair, a valid ID and credit or debit card will need to be present unless paying by Apple Pay or Google Wallet
What is your cancellation policy?
- Rentals & Concierge: Full refund if canceled 21+ days before your camp date; 50% refund if canceled 7–20 days before your camp date; 6 days prior to camp date no refund.
- Repair: Service fee deposits refundable until 48 hours before the scheduled service. In emergency circumstances, we’ll always do our best to issue credits or reschedule. No refund if you are a no show.
Do I need to book campsites myself?
Yes—you reserve your campground spot directly. We recommend full‑hookup sites for the easiest setup, but if you choose a dry site, On Your Way will ensure you have water and power via tanks or generators for additional rental fees. You will need to advise the campground of our representative’s first and last name. Camp grounds require your current registration and proof of insurance.
What other services do you offer for additional fees:
- Fill float toys
- Maid Service-Clean your sitting RV prior to your arrival and cleaning before putting back to storage
- Laundry service (towels, sheets, etc) Ladies, you won’t have to do this anymore
- Check your batteries/tires/generators prior to your outing, pre trip before your arrival
- Add fuel and or oil if needed
- Air in the tires if needed
- Decorations for themes (birthday parties, anniversaries, holidays, etc)
- Grocery shop (we can be your Instacart shopper)
